Terms of Use & User Agreement

This Terms of Use & User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Home Spotless platform ("Platform"). By requesting services through the Platform (phone or online), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

‍1. Introduction

‍Home Spotless is a technology platform that connects individuals seeking house cleaning services ("Requesters") with independent home service providers ("Professionals") qualified to provide those services. Home Spotless does not directly employ the Professionals.
‍2. Definitions

Professional Services or Jobs: Cleaning services requested by a Requester and completed by a Professional.

‍Requester: An individual seeking house cleaning services through the Platform (phone or online).

‍Professional: An independent home service provider who offers cleaning services through the Platform.

‍3. Requester Use of the PlatformRequesting Services:
You can request cleaning services by phone or through the Platform (if available).

‍Providing Information: When requesting services, you will be asked to provide details about your cleaning needs (location, size, desired services).

‍Home Spotless Quotes: Home Spotless will use the information you provide to generate a preliminary quote for cleaning services.

Matching with Professionals: Home Spotless will match your request with available Professionals in your area.

‍Quotes and Booking: Professionals may contact you directly with quotes based on your information. You can choose a Professional and confirm a booking based on their quote and availability.

‍Contractual Relationship: A contractual relationship regarding the Professional Services is formed directly between you (Requester) and the matched Professional (independent contractor), not with Home Spotless.

Payment: You will pay the total invoice amount directly to Home Spotless. Home Spotless will then remit 60% of the invoice to the Professional after the service is complete.

Professional Use of the PlatformQualifications: Professionals must be qualified and experienced in providing house cleaning services.

‍Independent Contractor Status: Professionals understand and agree that they are independent contractors, not employees of Home Spotless.

‍Account Creation: Professionals must create an account to offer their services on the Platform.

Responding to Requests: When a Requester submits a cleaning request, Professionals who are available and qualified for the job will be notified. Professionals can then review the request details (location, size, desired services) and choose to:

1. Express Interest: Professionals can indicate their interest in the job and choose accept offer.

2. Decline: Professionals can choose not to pursue the job if it doesn't fit their schedule or preferences.

Service Provision: Professionals are responsible for providing the agreed-upon Professional Services with care and professionalism.

‍Communication: Professionals are responsible for communicating effectively with Requesters throughout the booking process and service completion.

‍5. Disclaimers and WarrantiesPlatform Availability: Home Spotless strives to provide a reliable Platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

‍Independent Professionals: Home Spotless does not employ or directly supervise Professionals. We screen Professionals, but cannot guarantee their performance or suitability for a specific job.

‍Contractual Relationship: You acknowledge that the contractual relationship for Professional Services is solely between you (Requester) and the chosen Professional.

‍Warranties: Home Spotless disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, Professionals, or Professional Services.

‍6. Limitation of Liability

‍Home Spotless is not liable for any damages arising from:The actions or omissions of Professionals.Disputes between Requesters and Professionals.The quality or outcome of Professional Services.Any interruption, error, or technical malfunction of the Platform.

‍7. Term and Termination

‍This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Home Spotless reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason. You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time.

‍8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

‍This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [insert your state]. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be settled by , binding arbitration.

‍9. Entire Agreement

‍This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Home Spotless regarding your use of the Platform.

‍10. Amendments
‍Home Spotless reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Agreement on the Platform.
