Cancelation Policy
We understand that plans change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. Here's a breakdown of our cancellation policy to help you understand any associated fees:

Same-Day Changes:24 - 2 hours before your booking: A $25 cancellation or reschedule fee will be applied.

Less than 2 hours before your booking: The full booking cost will be charged.

Missed Appointments:If a professional arrives for your scheduled cleaning but cannot gain entry or begin work due to your absence, the full booking cost will be charged.

Recurring Plans:Home Spotless offers recurring cleaning plans for your convenience. These plans are charged automatically before each cleaning.

There is an  early termination fee of $89 if you cancel your plan before the commitment period of 90 days.
This fee is waived if the service does not meet the standards outlined in our Home Spotless Happiness Guarantee (details below).
