You'll earn a guaranteed minimum amount for every cleaning job you accept on Home Spotless. This minimum pay is determined by the size of the home and the type of cleaning service requested

Customers can show their appreciation by leaving you a tip. These tips are entirely yours to keep, and the amount varies based on how happy they are with your cleaning service!

Supplies
To ensure you have everything you need to deliver a sparkling clean for our clients, please come prepared with your own cleaning supplies.
Here's a general list to get you started:
Multi-surface cleaner
This all-purpose cleaner should tackle most surfaces in a home.
Disinfectant:
This is essential for sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
Glass cleaner:
This will keep windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces sparkling.
Microfiber cloths and sponges:
These are gentle and effective for cleaning various surfaces without scratching.
Trash bags:
Be prepared to remove any trash from the client's home.
Mop and mop bucket:
This will allow you to effectively clean hard floors.
Vacuum cleaner :
While some clients may have their own vacuum, having yours ensures you're prepared for any situation.
Documentation
Valid Government-Issued ID: This verifies your identity and allows us to confirm your eligibility to work. Examples include a driver's license, state ID card, or passport.
Background Check: We conduct a background check to ensure the safety and security of our clients' homes. Your Social Security number is required solely for this purpose and will be handled securely according to our privacy policy
